The salesperson clearly explained the details of the product, and explained the process in ways that, as a completely non-technical person, I could understand. The surveyor was clear about what would be done and identified a couple of minor problems, which were rectified as part of the installation. They arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and cleanly. At the end of the process I needed to do no cleaning nor restoring of any damage...
I was promised a date after the August Bank holiday and true to form no one showed. I complained direct to the CEO who advised that the driveway would be replaced in its entirety. This work was done with more disruption to us. During this work, the workmen damaged the step and this had to be replaced and cut through their cable switching off all electrics. I think it is extreemly rude to call people in their own homes.

We are equally delighted to hear that over last winter you felt much warmer in your home and we are sure you will have a cosy winter ahead this year as well. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the job was meant to have started first thing in the morning but due to one thing or another it did not start till around 2pm. But as I said before mark was great lad he got on with what he had to and did great job. WELL DONE HOME LOGIC, AND WELL DONE MIKE AND BEN. For the following 4 days they worked from morning to late evening without as much as a comment about the temperature.
We found him polite, knowledgeable and straighforward. We were attracted by the fact that the insulation is vegetable-based and breathable. They arrived on time introduced themselves and didn’t leave any mess even owned up when they damaged a light and we were given a refund to replace it. I was advised during the 2nd install that the original driveway had not been installed correctly and that no drainage holes had been drilled hence the driveway coming away.

Happy with the price that we eventually negotiated, much reduced from the original verbal quote. Some little edge details not catered for but happy with the overall clean & aestheticly pleasing appearance. All staff involved were polite and had a professional attitude. End product might be good, but their sales technique is deceitful. Very efficient Company from initial contact to completion. Work carried out by two efficient operatives and all mess was cleared prior to them leaving.

This product also removed the threat of condensation on rafters and provisioned for insulation that could remain if we ever dormered the bungalow. The 12-month quote was £6100 for a 3 bed semi. Then sales agent offered it at cost price at £2600 if I was to buy it there and then. Meaning the possible profit margins would have been 130% (£3500). The justification was it covers the possible increase in cost to perform the work over 12 months.
I asked for the guarantees to be issued and was told that they would arrive in the post. Later that year, part of the driveway started to come away. I contacted Homelogic in Jan/Feb 2018 to complain and was told someone would contact me to come out and view. I chased from February to around August and was told that they were awaiting replacement stones to fix the gap that had appeared. In this time, the resin had started to fade and the driveway looked awful.
However, I felt the benefit immediately, and although I kept no numeric details, my house felt warmer despite using significantly less heating. Added to that the projected life span of the product means it will outlast several replacements of the traditional insulation material. I would not hesitate to recommend that others explore the possibility of using 'Icynene' as part of their insulation system. Certainly, were I to move house, installing 'Icynene' would be high on my list of priorities.
Stressful job with pressuring customers to buy while being pressured by office, no expenses paid, long hours, lots of driving, questionable leads, not great pay for most of salespeople. The install department gave a customary phone call the day before install to inform me of the who would be carrying out the job and to reiterate their arrival time. We are very happy with the final result but not so happy with how we got there.

The firm I used was LOGICFOAM INSULATIONS .An excellent job done by a 2-man team in 3-hours. The Install team were on time, polite and well organised with the whole job completed in a couple of hours to a high standard. They offered up useful information about the product and HomeLogic. They left my home clean and tidy upon leaving the house but unfortunately it was missed that some foam had protruded from the roof tiles at the rear of the house.
